Beautifully stated, Drew. The quintessential zone.

Glenice, thanks for the references I’ll check it out.

Would it make sense to have a special area to post a compendium of just videos?

I think the man balancing sticks is amazing – the harmony with the sticks, the being and the now eradicating all possibility of anything other than the outcome achieved – although I feel that it would have been equally accepted had they fallen – he would just have started again (in the same mind state – not angry, disappointed etc but just being the experience again. So beautiful – it becomes art.

Why does it appear more difficult in everyday life for things we are trying to manifest? Well actually it isn’t. We are already doing it perfectly in every moment. The world is creating and reflecting around us, all the time, what we are thinking, feeling, believing, knowing. For me thats what makes it all so beautiful and powerful. If we could just let go of all those negative voices in our heads, eradicate those critical words of self criticism, truly know that all is well then all would be so (as of course it already is)
I also think it is also important to get the balance right between focusing on what you want to manifest and not swaying from your vision and goal – and allowing or recognising when somethng else that may be better comes along, ie the flowing aspect. To recognise when somethng greater than that which we are visualising is on offer, and to surrendar, let go and say ‘yes’ to it. Perhaps to give up the visualisation because you can’t yet see all the pieces – and jump into the unknown? For me the trick is knowing the difference – when to stick with the vision and when to let go!

….”but it turned out he was attracted to her in the moment of passing”.

Does this mean we could end up in someone else’s ‘dream book, if we don’t make our own?

Hi fathobbit…you changed picture…last i heard from you was when you were going to read the ferret chronicles…did you ever get to reading them???
To answer your question…No, personally I wouldn’t think so–in my thinking the person in the ‘dream’ would be the one who you imagine it to be, not another…or better said, you are each in your own dream fulfilling your own needs and experience. What do you feel?

Hello dear Jennifer, indeed I did download Curious Lives and am currently reading it (I was delighted and surprised to find Scotland in there!)

Can a person be ‘imagined’…. do you mean purely for ones own design? That ‘person’ is simply a figment of ones imagination?

As many have already commented, this place is most enjoyable. I appreciate every single post I have read, including lots of yours jennifer!

Abraham Hicks is a challenge for me…. but I am listening…

You kindly asked ‘what do I feel?’
Recently I have been giving a great deal of thought to ‘feel’ v thinking . I am not in a position to answer ….yet.

Fathobbit, I am interested to hear what your thoughts are as you think through this, if you are willing to share.

I once had an experience in which I was challenged to confront my language in saying I was feeling things, which upon reflection were not feelings, but actually thoughts. It was a good awareness builder for me. Having gone through it, some things stand out now, which I used to skip over.

Jennifer – I like your terms “image external” and “image internal” (it makes me wonder which state you are originally from? if I remember correctly, you mentioned somewhere that you moved to Belgium from the US?) It’s true, you don’t have to actually create a physical dream book for visualization to work. But taking the time to do so may help some people. :)

wolfranch – another good way of putting it! Yep, our trickster ego self certainly can “clog the pipes”, which is why we have to “unclog them”, or in other words, let go.

Barbus – that’s great! :)

Hi Thought….yes, i am originally from Rhode Island, USA.
Sometimes I read my comments and wonder if that was me answering….things just start flowing out without stopping…I feel so comfortable here that I just put what I think or feel….hmn……
