>>>There was a comfort in knowing that as long as placeholder was still there, the potential for the magic still existed. And for a long, long time, that was treasure enough<<<

Oh. Lisa, this is just so……spot-on! Potential for magic indeed.

Richard, Words do not capture my gratitude for this site and your writings. My mother introduced me to “Jonathan Livingston Seagull” at age 10 and at 18 a good friend introduced me to “Illusions”. You have been an incredible inspiration and thank you for helping me open my eyes to see my soul mate. I look forward to visiting this site and reading more of your writings. Visiting this site is like coming home. thank you.

How wonderful to find a new community starting!

By way of gratitude to you, Richard, for your beautiful and inspiring works was my symbolic “coming of age” action through my transition into adulthood and beyond. What was this? I got my own little tattoo of Johnathan Livingston Seagull flying his way through space and time as a reminder to myself that maybe this would not always be an easy path, may be a lonely path, but ultimately the scintillations of the moonlight on the water and the silver tips of my wings shining in the light would reveal, once and for all, all is luminous, all is numinous – including me.

Thank you all for your patience, and for deciding to visit!
You can’t have read this far without noticing there are some awfully thoughtful souls here, the ones you knew had to exist somewhere on the planet but _how can I find them?_
Although there are fewer than eleven million regular visitors posting here each day, what they lack in numbers they make up for in capacity to communicate, in quality of practical ideas.
Looking for someone who mirrors your values, who strives most of the time to live to their highest right? Click at random under any topic, see if you can come down any place on the site and not find half a dozen!

Lisa and Deb: I have Illusions and Curious Lives in book format. How sad to not be able to open the book and allow the universe to help me find the inspiration I need.

Welcome back old friend, Richard Bach…yes, it’s a very one-sided friendship. I once read all of your books and your website back in the day and you don’t know me from Adam. But still. Glad to know you’re back at it. It was weird. I was goofing around on the internet and I suddenly got a vibe you were back at it!…haha. So I Googled you and found this site. So…thanks. I have a lot of fond memories of reading all your works back in the 90s. Those were great times of growth for me when I was in my early 20s. Thanks for being a part of that…you, Whitley Strieber, Jane Roberts, and a several others (the guy who wrote the Bhagavad Gita) had a big impact on my beliefs. Please don’t stop writing….and, if you have time, do you have any anecdotes about Jane Roberts? Any cool visions or future (or parallel universe) memories? Also where do you think this crazy world is heading?
